BEACH VILLA Our villa is a detached, 5 Bedroomed house refurbished in 2007 of about 185m2 (2000sq ft approx). It is arranged over 3 floors on a sloping site giving wonderful views over the beach and out to sea from all rooms. It can comfortably sleep 10 people. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, wc and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen with french doors leading out onto a full width balcony at the front and a beautiful vine covered terrace to the side. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles 1 twin - all with a balcony or terrace) and a bathroom. On the top floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one double (with terrace) and one twin (an attic type room with sloping ceiling - suitable for 2 children). There is a further bathroom on this floor OUTSIDE There is an attractive sloping terraced garden with many mature trees, shrubs and palms offering shade and interest.  There are lemons, oranges, pomegranates, figs and grapes all available in the garden in season. Wild fennel and thyme can be found and there are numerous rosemary bushes,lavender and bay trees. There are also small terraces connected by steps around the whole villa. An area of the front garden in front of the villa overlooking the beach and sea can be used as a private"sun terrace" area, partially shaded by palms. There is large, paved, vine and bougainvillia covered, private terrace to the side of the villa (off the living room) with a barbeque, stone table and seating area, offering wonderful beach and sea views.
